Is my financial data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SMS messages are processed on your device; only the parsed transaction data is sent to our servers. We never store your raw SMS messages.

Which SMS messages does Niaa read?

Niaa reads messages from Safaricom (M-Pesa), NCBA, KCB, Equity, and other Kenyan banks. You control which senders are allowed — you can disable any at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Your data is always yours — you can export everything to Excel before or after cancelling.
